Hope i'm in the right section.

As title says, I have some grinding sound from the front of the car.

In a straight line, when I hit the brakes, I don't hear the grinding sound, then when I move from a standstill, I hear some grinding sound.

Turning right, I hear grinding sound, but if i brake and turn right at the same time, the grinding sound is softer.

I'm rather confused what could have cause this issue.

I'm thinking brake pads wearing out, but wouldn't that cause grinding when I brake in a straight line as well?

Happened to me before, issue for mine was the rotor cover. I just used my hand and pushed it back a bit, issue solved. It's really thin and flexible.

I'd just pull your wheel off and check and see if there's any issues in general with your brakes. Mine was seized calliper.
Thanks for the feedback guys. You might be right, it could be the rotor cover / dust shield. I didn't take off the wheel, but i did push it with a bar and the sound is now certainly less frequent and not as loud.
