It was brought up that the H&R coilovers do not include the mounts (upper pillow mounts), which Tein and other coilover manufacturers do include in their coilover kit. I emailed H&R and their response was "All of our kits come complete with all the parts you need. We have designed our coil over to utilize the stock top hat." What does that mean for ride comfort and quality and durability of this kit when compared to other coilovers that do include upper mounts? What are the pros and cons of using the stock top hat with an aftermarket coilover setup? Or should an aftermarket coilover setup use their own mounts? Feedback please. Thanks.
