That is a very nice piece! love the finish on it great write up :festive:
Nice write up. How much did that set you back? any plans for dyno?

edit: did you notice any codes for this? any O2 sensor problems?
I've installed one of these, it was a challenge compared to others I have done! :tu:
thanks guys, I have no codes so far, been running it for a few days now.

Yea, the way the primaries came out made it a bit more challenging but once those heatshields were removed and the oil filter it went it pretty decent.

I will dyno in May, but the setup is not just strictly the header.
Injen CAI, Maxim header,
FLP high flow cat,
maybe a catback see how the budget is, or just run my stock 06 catback
and also testing the Kelford 179a cams w/50vtc

I'll be sure to post my results to everyone and share the knowledge with the TSX community

Great write up! How difficult was the install? I remember installing a header on my RSX when I had it - twas a painful experience. Did you think it was worth installing it yourself or would you recommend going to a shop?
I did not find it too hard to remove and install the header, however, I have been working on Hondas for some time now.

I would say the only thing was getting some of the exhaust manifold bolts off from the head, because of the heat cycling it's quite tight. Also, doing it at home on the floor you will have less clearance to get the leverage to untorque those bolts. Also maneuvering the 1piece header in for the install could prove challenging on the floor as well when doing it at home.

I mean these things are not impossible to do, just saying it might not be totally easy. I do encourage people to try to do things themselves, and you do have all the TSX enthusiasts here to help you with technical advice when you need :) IF you get stuck.
