I haven't visit this site in awhile. I haven't had a chance to meet anyone locally though. Glad to see that there are local members. Was looking at trying to sell my TSX to get a RDX but I may just put that idea on hold... Funny how going back to old forums and seeing nicely modded TSXes makes me just want to keep my car.

Hey guys! I grew up in the Twin Cities, went to school in North Dakota, and havent made it back yet. Several TSX's up here including a pretty cool slammed CGP. I've got an 05' CGP manual with Navi. A-spec lips, Mugen spoiler, Honda/Acura silver star rims, and Comptech header. I picked it up down in San Diego and when driving it back, i could see at least one other TSX on the highway at all times until outside of Vegas. Crazy I can go for more than a month before seeing one up here and when I do its not modded what so ever. Oh well!

Nyob zoo, replacing the Throttle body is simple, just make sure you have something to stop the radiator fluid from leaking when you pull it out. Also, while youre at it, might be a good time to do the throttle body bypass if you havent done it already..
make sure you have an extension socket and a new gasket, might also be a good time to buy a P2R throttle body with 2 gaskets as well if you havent done it already again..

wuddup guys! i'm also in mini soda, originally from cali. but i just joined this site, cause i just picked up an 04 tsx, CGP, 6spd and pretty much stock. but its nice to see others from the same area on the same site. kinda off topic but anyone know where i can find some 05-06 rsx type wheels? and not from the dealership, thanks.

I have a set that were used on my EP3 during the summer. Still pondering if I should sell them or put 50 series tires on them and put them on my wife's TSX.
i say sell them... to me! itll be your good deed for the year. ill take them with or without tires, pm me and let me know. oh and i just got myself an edm rear fog light that i thought i should share, it looks dope and i know ill be using it when it gets super crazy scary movie foggy where im at. will post pics after i wash car lol
Locally I've seen them pop up on Craigslist a few times but the prices are ridiculous... You can try honda tech or the rsx forums but shipping would be a ton...

Your best bet would be doing a google search, there are a few places in the twin cities that does wheel repair but they charge a boat load of money just for a repair, at that price you're better off just buying new wheels.

Yea I've googled and found few places but no one wants to deal with chrome wheels.
As for getting new wheels, I really like the ones I have now. They have been discontinued for quite some time, I only wished they were 18's and not 17's...
On the other hand I just did order the full Aspec kit finally ! ! !!

Sweet!! i just ordered my A Spec front lip yesterday, and usually for chrome rims if you have to repair it, you will most likely have to re-chrome it thats why they either won't do it, or will charge you out the ying yang to do it. but chrome on a TSX is not really my cup of tea, i don't even like the crome trim lol
I'm not a big fan of chrome either but the chrome did match the trim. I couldn't find a way to black out the trim and didn't want to risk painting the trim... I did think about Vinyl though.
The wheels I have aren't the DUB style wheels that's why I went with them.
Here's what they look like.

Did you buy your Lip kit off the group buy??? I just bought the full kit off the group buy on here... Funny thing is I found an Aspec lip on the local craigslist just before I ordered... The price he was asking for the lip was basically the same price I was getting it new for plus the new kit is already painted.
