So I'm about to order the HT spec v2.0 for the tsx which im only intrested in DDing, the price is good and they seem to have good reviews, I realize I'll need a rear camber kit is there anything else I should know about the coilovers or camber kit before I place the order? Also just looked at the ksport coilovers, would I still need a camber kit with those?
help with recommendation

Anything lower than -0.75" will throw your camber out of factory spec. Whether you NEED a kit is up to other details and personal preference. For a DD with factory wheels, -2deg (and maybe more) camber is perfectly fine as long as you watch your alignment.
