So I have this problem when’re my car’s HID bulbs don’t turn on. I have checked the fuses and changed the bulbs but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. Also, when i turn them on the left one seems to do a tazer like sound where you can see it spark. Could of be the HID box? Please help asap

Yes, the ballasts can go bad. However, if you can see a spark, the HID box is most likely working to provide a high voltage, and the arcing is a sign the wiring or socket connectors are damaged after the HID box. I would definitely disconnect the power to the left side to stop the arcing until you can determine the problem.

Wait, I'm confused. Both sides are busted but only the left does the sparking like it's trying to turn on? Do I have that right?

Hey papa, i had similar issue on my 2005 TSX. Passenger side low beam D2S light bulb stopped working. And after I took out high voltage Ignitor i saw that it was burned. Take a look on Ignitors on both sides, you can get them from amazon or ebay. LINK for ballast igniter and lamp (32$)
Also you have to check fuses under hood on right side that related to both sides of lamps and relays.
And you didn't stated what car you driving. But as i understand its under 1st gen (so this is something between 2004-2005)
