Hondata reflash question

hey guys, so on my tsx ive got an injen intake. I recently just got the hondata reflash which is best for use with intake and headers. can I still get headers now and get more power out of the reflash, or did I need to have the headers before the reflash?

Have a question . how much HP can you net by having the re flash, intake, headers, and exhaust?.
