But honestly-
You could buy the part, deal with spraying freon everywhere (and I mean everywhere) because you don't have the proper equipment to extract it cleanly, then deal with the hope that the compressor will continue to run while your refilling it with new freon.
I would seek out a private shop that specializes in auto ac to remove and replace the freon and hose. Depending on how hard it is to reach you could only be looking at the price of the part and some shop time, both of which will be cheaper than any Acura dealership. In the end I seriously doubt your going to save enough to deal with the possible downsides.
