Most oil filters are one piece so you have to replace the whole filter. If you've replaced the filter twice with the exact same filter then you likely have a bad filter or design or there is something wrong with the area that you are mounting the filter on. What exact filter brand and model are you installing?

Did you inspect the area where you are installing the filter well? Is there an extra or missing gasket on the filter or mounting area? Is the new filter screwing on easily and snug?

filter part number is s7317 STP is easy to install, like normally, i talked to previous owner, he said he probably bent the plug that you screw the filter on during an oil change because he overtight it, i have been doing oil changes for over 4 years, and i never had a single leak, also, i had another tsx in the past, thats the filter i used, and it never gave me any problems.

That's some extreme pressure used if it bent the nipple. Unfortunately it may not be an easy fix. If it's not too extreme, maybe you can double up the gasket material on the oil filter to see if that stops the leak. Or take a pipe/rod that fits in the nipple and gently try to bend it straight. Can't think of anything else that may be simple. Best of luck, let us know how it goes.
