Good morning guys

I proudly owned a 2008 acura tsx at non-navi , and i have notice that when I switch to hi headlamps light the fog lights will turn them self off right away, and when I place the low back they will go back on ?? is this a normal behavior...or something may be bad or damage, also when I turn on the parking lights the fog lights will not turn on, they only work when i have the lights on any help on this will be appreciated

This is normal. I think there is a law that you can only have 4 lit forward facing headlamps...but don't quote me on that.

Normal operation on the TSX.

foglamp will only turn on with headlamp-low beam.

But i think there's a guide on acura zine which shows you how to modify it to turn on with parking lights.

This is normal. It was the same with my civic with OEM fog lights. You wont be able to have the highbeams and fog lights on at the same time unless you have a non-OEM fog light kit, or you can find a way to bypass the relay that directly connects to the hi/low switch.
