you need to take off the bottom portion of the seat first.. (the part your ass sits on) by pulling on something underneath. after those are removed, you have to remove the side bolsters... and then you can fold down the remaining backrests to get to the bolts.. I THINK that is how it goes.

There is a little screw you need to remove first. Its on the side behind the driver between the back/bottom cushions. You just need to pull back the pads and you'll see it.

To remove the bottoms just pull from the front upwards. After you fold down the seats you'll need to pull up/out the side panels to get to the top part of the damper. It's a pain, but you shouldn't need to remove anything else with the right tools.

when i instaleld mine i didn't need to take out the seats. if you just push down on the corner of the seat, you can see the 10mm bolt that holds the bolster in place. It's black, just add an extension to your socket and take the bolt out. Lift the bolster and it'll come right off.
