I am not sure if it's a direct bolt on. but a few of my friends have the NSX calipers on the Civic, they say its a pretty big improvement.

NSX Calipers are the exact same thing as Acura Legend GS calipers from the late 90's without "NSX" cast into the side. They are two-piston calipers, one piston slightly larger then the other.

This was a common swap onto preludes - they bolted straight up w/ Legend rotors. Some people liked the "NSX" on the side, some didn't... it didn't matter. You could mix and match the two pieces of the caliper too. Only problem was that on the prelude, the left and right had to be swapped, and they were mounted upside down. That kind of made bleeding them a bitch!

There was some debate about the calipers not performing as well upside down because the larger piston was supposed to be ahead of the smaller piston, or something like that.

Either way, they are still two-piece, two piston, cast calipers, on rotors that are not especially large. Not worth the headache.

Gs legend calipers have larger pistons than the Nsx and the Nsx calipers are made out of Aluminum and the Gs are cast iron.
