Could be your calipers starting to seize up and your rotors warping. I had a similar issue before that had a shakey steering wheel w/ a thudding sound. It would last maybe a minute or so. Sometimes happened within 5 mins of driving and sometimes 15+

Had the calipers, rotors and pads replaced and I haven’t had the issue since.
That might be my issue. I recently played around with the brake booster nut to the master cylinder to get rid of my freeplay, didn't know it would get worse over time... I'll try adjust it in the meantime.

I adjusted the brake booster pushrod by a couple of turns and locked it up with blue loctite so it has a couple of millimeters of free play in the pedal. Along with that, I re-greased the front brake calipers and flushed the whole system with a vacuum. After driving 100+ miles, no vibrations. Looks like my brakes were dragging the whole time after the first adjustment, although I have checked for brake drag... My MPG went up to another 5 miles!
