Wait for the official ios7 launch on Wednesday.
I also have a 2010 TSX with the Tech package and updated to the final IOS 7 release last night (Wed) on my iPhone 5 and have the same issue.
If you do more searching online you will see that a few other cars have this issue as well but it looks like most 2012-2013 cars are working. I have a bad feeling it will be left up to the car manufacturers to fix the issue meaning that IOS7 will never work with the 2010 Acuras.
What gets me is that degreesix said he has been running the beta for a while and the usb issue didn't occur until the final release/update which means that they never bothered to test the modified usb code before final release.
Only reason I have the iPhone is for car compatibility so this sucks.

Update:
So, I had to leave my office to run to a clients and hopped in my car and by habit plugged my phone in and it worked.
I have no idea what changed so I will list what actions i took between it not working and it working.
1) updated last night and went to sleep
2) first try in car on way to work, got unsupported error. Unplugged and then plugged it back in and still same error.
3) tried to make phone call and HandsFree was not comming up. Checked phone and bluetooth was turned off. turned it back on and still no connection. Turned car off and back on (was sitting in traffic)
Bluetooth connected.
4)Made call then tried Bluetooth audio, that worked.
5)Got to office and brought up my Macbook and prepared to downgrade to IOS6. Had to update iTunes so that it would read phone, plugged phone in but did not sync, downloaded IOS6 firmware and then had to leave the office before downgrade.
6) Hopped in my car and plugged phone in, hit the AUX button and it came right up. Controls work and everything seems to be functioning as normal. Even after stopping and restarting the car it still works.
*Shrugs* No idea but hope yours starts to work as well.
