I see that if i ride the clutch going in reverse...the car goes smooth...but when I let off the clutch and go in reverse...its somewhat jerky....so is it bad? If so..wats the better way?

I ride the clutch. I don't go in reverse for to far of distances (usually just to park) so I dont see the big deal.
