So I recently installed Tein Flex Z on my ‘05 TSX, and I’ve ran into a problem where whenever I full lock turning left, my front drivers side steering knuckle is pushing my brake dust shield against my rotor, and causing a horrible scraping noise. I don’t see how putting coilovers on would cause this but it only started after the installation. I was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem before and might know an easy fix. Thank you!

Try bending the shield until it no longer makes contact. The shield is easy to bend anytime work is done on the front brakes or suspension. Under normal conditions there shouldn't be anything in contact with the shield that should make it scrape. Check for any missing shield screws that may cause it to be loose and therefore scrape.

Right. I bent the shield back as much as I could and it only partially alleviated the issue, when I full lock my steering wheel left the knuckly physically pushes the shield back to where it was, so even if I bend it fully the part where the knuckle makes contact will just get pushed right back in as soon as I turn left.

How low is the car? Dumped way down?

Jack up the car, pull the front wheels off. Jack stands under the front suspension.
Cycle the front wheels back and forth to see what is going on.
