Looking for a cheap header, my test pipe is leaking. Might as well replace. Is this the same TopSpeed header that so many people speak of?

I was thinking about just fixing the flex, but there are literally zero competent mechanics in this town. It will come out worse than before and cost more than the header. My garage is currently stacked top to bottom with stuff, including my welder. So thats not an option till spring.
