I have owned a 2009 TSX from new and like everything about the car except the phone link and the steering, which I find to be numb and too light, with little or no feel or feedback, especially when the steering wheel is at or near center.

Are there any techniques such as changing tire size or suspension components that improve the steering?

Suspension geometry affects steering response. You can try lowering, changing camber and toe angles, and larger rear sway bar.

Wider tires create more rolling resistance so that can increase your steering feel (weight).
