I just got a truck lip spoiler for my car and I was wondering Do I have to make the holes to install it or can I just stick it with the sticky tape that it has

It all depends how long do you want to keep it on ? 
Would you be able to see the 3m tape ?
And about how long do you think it would last without screws ?

3M double sided adhesive should be fine. But it'll be easier to steal.
I'll try it this weekend, hopefully it'll hold
