I've been looking for a repair shop that specializes in Honda / Acura in the Connecticut area. Hoping to find a place that is honest and does quality work. My first gen TSX has about 200k miles on it so I'd like to do repairs and replace the parts with performance upgrades when possible. Thanks for any information helping me in my search.

What kind of performance upgrades? I’m if no help for local shops but I’m curious.
The goal is for a balance build and possible time attack. The car is older and stock so I'd like to start with maintenance for reliability. But suspension, bushings, brakes, reflash would be a good start.

While it’s a good idea to look for Honda / Acura specialists to service your car, don’t let that eliminate other good shops. Look for ASE certification and good reviews. Hondas are so common that any truly good shop can do a good job. Do not select a shop on price, truly good shops will never be cheap. My shop of choice has done outstanding work on our Honda, Acura, Lexus, and Mazda cars. They are not cheap but I trust them more than the dealerships I’ve dealt with.

Thanks for the advice. Is your shop of choice in the CT area?
