Alfonso Soriano of the Texas Rangers:
"His biggest adjustments were figuring out how to drive around Arizona during spring training and navigating Texas, too. He is not a daring soul behind the wheel. Soriano, who lives five minutes from the ballpark, has not ventured to Dallas, 20 minutes away, because he is worried about getting lost. There were several restaurants in the New York area that served his beloved rice and beans, but he skipped it until two of his brothers from the Dominican Republic visited him last week and prepared that meal for him. He said he had ruminated about hiring a cook, which somehow seemed easier to him than driving to Dallas."
I know y'all said the DFW area was tough, but I didn't think it was this tough.
Alfonso, ever heard of Nav? Maybe we can interest you in a TSX.....
