'04 TSX just passed PA inspection, but was suggested that both front lower bushings be replaced. I'm a newb at this, and wanted to confirm - is there an inner AND outer bushing on each side? And is there anything else that should be done "while I'm in there?" Thank you in advance!

The Lower control arm has three bushings.

Two where the LCA connects to the front subframe, and one where the front shock fork bolts up.

The easiest way to replace the bushings is to get a complete rebuilt LCA for about $60, either ordered through autozone, or online retailers like rockauto.com

There aren't really any other components that will be removed in the process of replacing the LCA that you'd want to replace while the car is up on jacks, unless you wanted to replace the brakes or something like that.
