Has anyone tried using Lubeguard in the AT TSX? My Acura dealer recommended against any additives, but Lubeguard lowers transmission temps and is highly recommended by some shops. Also, it's approved by BMW, Saab, Volvo, etc.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I'm with Honda/Acura on this one. Do not stick additives into the transmission. If you damage or premature failure because of that. Your warranty will be in jeopardy. What is your concern and purpose of addressing transmission temperatures? The OEM transmission is not exactly emitting a serious temperature concern IMO.

Lubeguard extends the life of automatic transmissions, at least according to what I've heard. It's also supposed to make them run cooler, shift more smoothly, etc. I've had AT problems on another vehicle in the past and just wanted to get my TSX off to a good start. Thanks for your help.
