Does anybody know if the MDX door handles are interchangeable with the TSX. I heard of people doing it but would like to know if any mods are required to make them work. I Also heard of people using the CR-V handles also. Thanks

I've always wondered this as well. I've always liked the all chrome look of the MDX/RDX/EDM & JDM Accords. I was going to bite the bullet and just buy one to test but then I found a complete set of 4 from an EDM Accord on eBay Germany. The CR-V ones look to be about the same size too but they're either colour matched or matte black I think.

Yea I like the fact there isn't an insert in the middle. I was going to have them either paint matched or flat black but I don't know if they'll even fit. If anybody knows can you chime in and let me know. Thanks

I would go color matched door handles from the 03-07 accord if I were you. Chrome is cheesy looking IMHO.
