For just a bit more you can get the real deal.

Interesting, did not know that it was for the civic. So in reality, the mugen-styled visor for tsx probably does not look like the one in the picture, and it will probably more closely resemble the real mugen one for the tsx.

I understand for a bit more you can get the real one, but that is for people in the States with free shipping and all :drool1:. For us Canadians, 120Cdn = 110USD no shipping cost compared to 200USD + shipping + duty is a substantial difference, shrug. In the end, both are just pieces of plastic in my opinion...

Anyway, I will call sometime soon and find out what it acutally looks like and I will keep you guys posted.

Hey guys,

So I guess I am the guinea pig and bought these for $100. (If you want to buy a set, I would ask for cheaper, he was going to let it go for $90 too...)

Given that I have never closely felt or examined OEM or Mugen visors, I will try my best to describe these.
- Fairly light I suppose (not sure if it is a bad thing?)
- The craftsmanship is not bad, I don't see any jagged edges or anything, smooth cut all the way around.
- There is no Mugen label on it, but it does have that Mugen styled 'dent' (see pic)
- 3M tape on the back (see pic) but no clips
- It has about 30% visibility if I were to put a number to it.
- I have not taped it onto the car, but fitment seems perfect enough when you just place it over the window trims

Anyway, I am fairly happy with the purchase. The guy said he only has 2 sets left, so if you guys want, you should call him up. But make sure you bargain though. Oh excuse the crappy cellphone camera pics, it is the only thing I have.

One thing I just thought of though. Even though it says 3M tape on the back...who knows...maybe it is a knockoff 3M tape, so I don't really know how long it will stay on. I guess I will have to evaluate how 'sticky' it is tomorrow when I put them on..:donno:
