This is the navi diagnostic screen. I assume you mean you can't touch or use the screen while it is in this mode. You can't actually use the touch screen, but you can use the knob to move around to the various options and then push in on the knob to select it. The knob I am referring to is directly underneath the Acura logo under the screen. If you can do that, try to go to exit diag and push in on the knob, then see if the navi will come up. Also, when you are in an open area, the navi should come up in a couple of minutes, it doesn't take very long.
