i dont have a navi, but its possible that the dvd that the system runs off of is dirty/scratched or not good. clean it and try again!

What is the Tune Knob? How does it work?

I think it’s not touch, because like I said it has a little square down of the screen like a computer mouse
See picture

There are two knobs. They are the silver things at the bottom left and right corner of your picture. The left one controls the volume. The right one tunes the radio to different stations.

The square that you're referring to is a joystick. It is not a knob that can be twisted.

You need to use the radio interface since you're trying to interface with the radio system, not the navigation system. Try the knob first. If not, maybe it's the buttons between them (with the first button being 1, second being 2, etc). You have 10 tries to enter the code. If you lock yourself out, you might have to leave the system on for a while (an hour?) before it will let you try it again.

dude your spelling is awful there.
Anyway, if I understand correctly, to enter navi code, you use the radio knob (either the left or right one, I dont remember), turn to change the digits and press to enter.

(this info is in the manual)
