So I'm on the hunt for an 06+ with navi and i found one in Quebec but i just want to confirm that the navi works in English too. Does anyone know if the navi can be configured to English?

If the PWP one also has navi, I'd say just get whichever colour you like better. If not, I'd vote for the NBP one. Black on black manual with navi is pretty hard to come by.

I would rather drive down to NB then buying the one in Quebec that is for sale at H Gregoire.
That's my point of view.

Not that I know people directly that had problem with H Gregoire but I would try to stay away from dealer.

Dieppe is a bit further then St-Eustache..
