Need help identifying part

Hi guys, I believe this part (circled in blue) is causing some of the performance issues that arose suddenly. The rubber grommet piece is ripped. I believe it is part of the pcv valve? I am having a hard time identifying what exactly it is called so I can replace it. Can anyone he or have some insight? Thanks in advanced!
