Hi, I’ve ordered some 225/40/18 tires and 18” 8.5 35 offset wheels. They are for my 05 Acura TSX, just wondering if they’ll rub or if I lower it 2 inches if it’ll rub then and if so, how can I fix it without spending a load of money or trading out my tires and wheels.

When I got new wheels and had decided on a tire size, I went and bought a crappy used set of tires in the size wanted and mounted those on my wheels... Didn't want to rough up a brand new set of tires. After that I adjusted my ride height to what I wanted, still rubbed a bit, so I got the fenders mildly rolled to accommodate the setup. After that, with no more rubbing, I installed the tires I wanted.

I'm not familiar with the right type of wheels for my car. Good thing, 4Wheelonline has some awesome staffs that gave me a wide selection of wheels to choose from.
