need info

hello...i'm new to the club. i'v been thinking about buying a TSX, (1st time buying a new car as well) and some information would be great.
i'm out of Modesto Calif. (Central Valley). does anyone have any suggestions on where to buy from for a good deal? also i’m trying to figure out most of my costs before i go to the dealer. what i dont know is how much tax and licensing fees are. does anyone have any ideas on these figures as well as any other legitimate fees?
