I do not have a first gen TSX but I highly recommend you get an Acura service manual for it (not for oil changes but the ones the techs use in the shop approx 2,800 pages and I'm sure you can find it online) and that will greatly help you on your new learning journey with building your k24 motor. I happen to have it for the 1st and 2nd gen TSX so send me a PM.

I think you need to go to a good mechanic to get your engine assembled properly. And if you decide to start assembling the engine yourself, then there is a risk that it will never work again or from improper installation to break it. As a result, you have to go to Car buying guides at replicarclub.com to save you money. So I don't advise you to do it without the proper knowledge and skills.
