Not really feeling the half leather covered shift knob that came with my TSX, I opted for this one

Not only does it feel much better, it matches the inside of the car. Not really sure why Acura put red numbers on the stock knob...
Anyway, the one I bought is made for the RSX, but the thread size is the same... so it took about 30 seconds to put on :)
Oh, it was $49 from my local dealer :D
Edit - pic works now :)

As long as we're talking about light mods..... :D

Hey Tony, I see you need an avatar. And I've got one for you.
What about that first one you had (I think it was the first), the guy with the pipe?
(I think he had a pipe.) :D

I still always think of YOU as that guy.

Who was that, anyway?

Not sure exactly, but they feel the same weight.
I'd have to look into the S2K knob

yeah I'm in southern wisconsin. Never been up there though.

ruger P89 (9mm) I'll also be getting a 45 but I'm broke right now.

...sorry about the thread hijack. BTW do you have anything to cover the knob in the sun so you don't get the shift pattern branded into your hand after a day in the sun.....then again that might look kind of cool :p

It'll be pretty funny if you get branded by your own car :p

I have heard people asking about this in the past, and it makes no sense to me. I have never felt a shift knob that was hot enough to bother anyone, and it can get pretty hot here too. I guess what I am saying is that it's not really an issue, or so that I have seen.
