Hi guys,

Im new to the thread and Im selling my BMW right now and I'm talking to different dealers in the northern NJ area to lease a base TSX. I was just wondering how much you guys paid for your car, down payment, terms of the lease, and monthly payment. The lowest offer I got was $27,007 not including taxes and fees. I was hoping to lease the TSX for under $300 a month with $2000 total out of pocket. I'm sure I can get it with a bit of negotiations.

Hi again! The lowest price that I got from a dealer was $27,007 including destination for a base TSX. Does anyone know how to calculate monthly lease payments on that number for 36 months/12k a year with $2000 total out of pocket to cover fees? I think residual is 55-56%
