Why two o2 sensor bungs? Cleanin up the top portion doesn't seem too bad but the collector area seems a lot more rusted than the rest? Is that all just on surface?

1 sensor was for the Air/Fuel ratio gauge since he had it made for his supercharged tsx. Yup the top and bottom got like that from the water exposure.
