Prices quotes are difficult man. I don't think it should be included because you might go in there expecting cheap prices but your situation might be different than others. And when you don't get the price you want, you think negatively about the place. I think personal recommendation is good enough.

Also, another example is my case. I've known my body shop guy for the longest time and I've always go to him for my problems. But I can't broadcast how cheap he does things for me because that will hurt his business. He sometimes do things for me at an extremely discounted price because I'm an avid customer. He can't do it to some new comers because then his standard pricing would lower and hurt business. That's just my case.
