Hey everyone i am doing a oil change tomorrow and i want to know if i can use engine flush cause i herd different story's from everyone some say its good and some says its bad.

I would never use engine flush. It clears the oil from the clearances and put debris in instead, thus messing the clearances. Check out VTEC club clinics.

DO NOT use engine flush.

If you want to "flush" the engine.
-drain the oil
-take off the filter
-pour a qt. or two of new oil through the engine, while the drain plug is not on the pan.

Lots of "stuff" comes out

Totally agree with oil flushing rather than engine flush. Just make sure you do it when you change the filter and not just the oil.
I'm a little anal about oil changes and I've always bought high quality aftermarket magnetic sump plugs for my vehicles.
Ones like this Greddy have much stronger magnets than standard plugs and for a reasonable cost, just provide that little extra bit of security.

Taking off the filter to flush sounds messy.
