Check your valve cover and other seals right above it. With that much fluid it shouldn't be hard to miss.
Looks like PS pump leak to me.
Check for a drip coming from behind crank pulley. Oil leaking from the front main seal can be flung up by the pulley. The oil on the alternator looks too dark to be power steering fluid.
Power steering level is still at max
I will check out crank pulley leak
Try checking the VTC strainer, it's a small rectangular thing behind the tensioner.

Wow, when is the last time you opened your hood! 2 years ago??

Going by that picture, that is a ton of oil that has seeped into your alternator.
Your serpentine belt is likely oil saturated and toast. All the pulleys have oil on them and the belt is likely slipping.

When is the last time you checked the engine oil level? That oil leak is causing your engine oil level to go down.

Wipe it all down and take your car to a mechanic.

Every time you get fuel, open up your hood, check all your fluid levels and check everything out.

Start with a pressure wash, it’ll make finding the leak a lot easier.
see thread for fix

search on ebay : Solenoid Spool Valve Gasket Kit for VTEC K-series Honda Civic CRV Accord Element

that little gasket puts out alot of oil and it took me a while to figure it out.

but as i've just fixed it, it sure looks like the same sucker leak that i had ...

and replace that belt after you fix it. soaked belts are sure to rupture fast.

nothing looks too out of the ordinary up top, it seems to be concentrated behind/next to the belt

Could be rear main seal. I think it's on that side of the first gen TSX's.
Ok .. looks like the oil leak is further up. That black nipple that is in your second pic is the boot for your oil pressure sensor which connected into variable timing solenoid (VTEC). Get under the car and go up there and look from the bottom. But the picture shows oil on the boot.

Yea ... The gasket within the the VTEC solenoid has gone bad. Easy fix. There is a third bolt. You took a picture of two. Pull all three out and you are at the gasket; the whole solenoid will come off. You can feel your way from the front and pull the bolts off or do it it from where you are.

If that isn't it check your valve cover gasket. It should be residue right at the gasket. But this picture is screaming VTech gasket. 👌🏾
