I've confirmed with a couple of local friends. There are meets at this specific location all the time. The parking lot is nice and open on the TOP floor.

PLEASE DO NOT REV YOUR ENGINES LIKE A DUMBASS, WE DO NOT NEED TO ATTRACT PLAZA SECURITY OR IRVINE PD.

A lot of us have already confirmed. We will be there. Hope to see the rest of you there.
