I have an 2004 tsx that keeps throwing a lean code p0171. I got a scan tool that lets me view live data. Upstream sensor is stays around -0.800 milliamps. Would that indicate a bad sensor? Also I have checked for vacuum leaks and none found. I had an exhaust leak that I got fixed and that’s when the code popped up but has not gone away ever since, even after getting the exhaust leak fixed. Code P2195 was also on but never came back after I cleared DTC’s but the only code that came back was P0171

Multiple things can cause a lean condition. Besides vacuum leaks you can have a bad/dirty MAF sensor, clogged fuel filter, bad fuel pump, dirty fuel injectors, or even a bad control module. Try the simple stuff by cleaning your MAF sensor, pouring some fuel injector cleaner into your gas tank and checking for other possible vacuum leaks.
