I went to start my car and it just died and won't start now. It has the code p0341. Changed the sensor and still won't start or clear. I've read some forums about the timing chaing being stretched but nowhere did I see anybodys car wouldn't start. Does this mean I had some piston and valve contact and going to have to replace? Or can the chain be stretched that bad that it won't start? Any thoughts on what to do?

^^ that, but also check the sensors wiring, Heat may have melted the insulation etc. Most times when we K series guys see this code its usually not a good sign. If you have a means of checking continuity I would check the wires between the sensor and the ECU.
If possible get your ECU tested by an Acura dealer if you still cannot figure it out. I believe there was one instance where this code popped with a bad ECU.
