Thanks a bunch guys. We really are loving it. I'm located just north east of Dallas(about a 25 minute drive). It has a 3 car garage and about 2300 square feet and sits on half an acre of land. We got it for $240K and that's a steal considering everything we got. We were lucky enough to sell our old house to an investor that let us lease the house back while we had this one built.

Mayuga- The wife actually gets the first garage spot next to the TSX she just happened to be out shopping when I snapped the pics.

WOW..now that's why I asked. $240k..even $340k is amazing IMO. Our house here is on approximately half acre as well about 2600sq. ft and only two garages and it would go for ~$700k.

Our homes here are so overpriced. I'm basically priced out of the market at this point..I should move myself to TX

Edit: So this was a newly built home too huh..I'm assuming custom? That makes it even more unbelievable.

Such a beautiful home. $240K is a steal of a deal man. You really got a lot of bang for your buck. Such a huge piece of land and the house is large and in charge. I like the 2 car/single style of garage. The 3rd spot is always handy when it comes to projects. I can't wait until I graduate from college and my wife and I can get a nice home like this.
