Yeah, there's really no comparison between OEM and replicas when it comes to fitment. That replica side skirt has about half of the mounting points that the OEM one has.

Last year I bought a replica Euro-R front Lip and the A-Spec rear and side skirts. Was told they were 99% fitment from the seller on craigslist. I never installed the kit and ended up buying a used Euro- R lip kit that was still attached to the bumpers. I took a couple of pictures of the sideskirts and rear lip to compare the difference. The replicas only give you the tabs that you have to custom fit to the bumper. Glad I decided to go with the real deal!
