When I went in to test drive the TSX, the salesman just showed me the functions, controls, Navi and then handed me the key and said "See you later...take your time" and let me go out by myself.
How was yours like ?

When I first test drove the TSX back in May 2003, the salesman let me take the car out. He didn't come along. It was a Milano Red TSX 5AT w/ Nav. I abused the car, floored it, took hard turns, and drove fast, fiddled with the nav to see how it worked, and when I got back to the dealer I told him I was interested in buying a TSX, but not that one I drove though.

us. I didn't mind, because if I was the dealer, I don't think I'd want to let people take the cars on their own. And he didn't get in the way of anything I wanted to do.

He wanted to spend more time afterwards explaining a lot of things to me, but I was in a hurry to just buy the car and I had to do something else later than day (don't remember what), so I told him I'd come back "some other time" for the rest of the stuff.
Of course I never did. :D

I give the dealer an A+ for how they were.

P.S. You did a real good job writing those choices, RTG.

hehheh you'd probly give the salesguy a heart attack.

For some reason I didn't push the demo at all even thou there was a perfect stretch of hi-way "extension" nearby that's perfect for WOT.
Instead I took a local lo-traffic route.
I guess I was just in awe of the car and the interior and the controls.
