My power steering pump has been leaking a lot lately but it is not making any noise yet. After spending some time online researching, i came to the conclusion that i dont need a new pump and will just need to replace all the seals. Do you guys think this is the best route? I just placed an order for an aftermarket pump but after reading reviews online, im seeing that the aftermarket pump is no good and will make a lot of noise. I'm thinking about canceling the order for the new pump and just go and buy all oem new seals. What you guys think?

They’re easy enough to do if you’re careful, have some basic hand tools, and cleanliness is key. Last time I did one, I got all the seals and the front bearing from Honda.

One tip- be very careful with the pump rotor and vanes. They can go missing very easily. During reassembly, use a fine pick to push the vanes out to the walls of the pump to hopefully make it easier to bleed the system once you start the engine. They can get air bound very easily
