To remove: if you have access to a dremel, cut a slot to stick a flat head screwdriver in there. The best tool to use would be one of those punch screwdrivers that twist the bit left or right when you hammer the end of the tool.

skip to about 1:40, the 2 hammer method worked for me but i had more head left.

The heat cycling from the brakes really rust welds them on there.

When i got new rotors, i bought a few new screws too at the honda dealership. I used the screwdriver and hammer method, where you hammer the screw driver a few times and then torque it

Penetrating spray and the screwdriver and hammer worked for me. No need to replace the screw if you tear it. I hear its only there to hold the rotor during the assembly line process.

Don't replace it. Wheels will hold discs enough.

Drill a hole in center then use a "turn to left". This thing you use on a drill when going in reverse will screw into it and unscrew the bolt.

I had the same problem when I changed my rotors. I took that screw to autozone and found some that are the same. I threw the bag that came with it away already so I can't tell u the exact size but if u're still in need of one i can send u one free of charge but like mention already u really don't need that screw.
