I installed the new Progress Anti Roll Bar yesterday in my TSX along with new Raybestos Professional Grade Sway Bar End links and then took the car for a ride around the block. Over small bumps and corners I'm hearing thumping in the back. (brand new, didn't happen before changing the bar). Got back under the car and swapped to the "lightest" setting and that appeared to make the sound go away, however the sound didn't go away, just wasn't as loud until I went to a grass field to park for a fair today and it started clunking bad again. Checked everything and there are no clearance issues with the chassis or exhaust (even under force pushing the exhaust towards the bar) and sway bar links are tight as well as sway bar mounts are tight with no movement. Anyone else ever have this experience? It's pretty annoying. I don't think I put the bars in upside down as the fitment looks perfect the way they are and I don't even think they would fit upside down. Maybe it's possible one of the new end links is junk? I'm fresh out of ideas with this. I'm going to be putting it up on my buddies lift later this week to take a look as it may look different then being flat on your back doing it. Anyone else with this sway bar experience the same issue?

^+1, watch out for the endlink. Mine was maybe 3 turns from even being tight and the noise went away. What you can do is: take your wheel off with the car off the ground (1 wheel at a time) and while lying down just try pushing or jerking the sway bar near the link up and down (no ****!). That's how i caught mine, hope that helps.

If you live in a salty winter area.
Use a visegrip onto the outer part of the endlink to hold the bolt into place. Then use the 10mm wrench to tighten the bolt

If your car never ran over snow(Lucky azzhoos :O ;))
Go buy a hex screw set and figure out which one fits the hex hole and then use a 10mm wrench and then tighten that bolt

I will be doing a video tutorial of what I did to remove the clunking noise since everybody is having this same exact issue everytime they install an aftermarket RSB, and I figure pictures and videos are better detailed than words... stay tuned......

Thanks guys. They are brand new endlinks so I'll try tightenting them up. They were rather tricky to get to, I was able to use a pneumatic wrench to tighten them up but I probably should have tried with a stubbie 14mm and a 5mm allen to really crank them down against the frame. That is probably what the issue is exactly. I'll have it up on the lift Thursday night and hopefully this will fix it up.

Found the issue. The passenger side endlink that connects to the chassis loosened up. Torqued it back down and took it for a spin, all is good! Stupid simple things are the things that make you beat your head over a desk... :)
