I've done a bit of research on this and finally settled on the CU2 decklid spoiler. You can find them on ebay already painted for ~100 bucks.

There are some other spoilers available including the really high-wing one that resembles the Mugen, but I believe they are replica.

The ones for the older TSX will not fit your trunk properly, and I actually have no idea bout the Type-R, but I would say no.
