Anyone know how to remove this, and no that's not me in the image lol

Note, I found the 4 bolts that were holding it to the truck lid but it seems like there is more? not 100% sure
I am removing because on one side its loose and flaps around nasty when I close the trunk.

There should be a rubber stopper on each side, conical round rubber that you can turn counter clockwise to reveal a screw underneath, be sure to mark where the rubber stoppers are mounted so you can put it back into the same position.
