Hello everyone. I have K20A6 engine in my Honda. Few days ago I mounted RBC intake manifold. Everything works OK, but now I have problem with EGR valve. Sometimes I see a check engine - error P0401. How can I remove this valve effectively, so as not to show the error??

Your ECU will always detect a problem with the EGR when it's not connected.
Remove the sensor and you will still have the error... 'cause the ECU detects something wrong and trows a errorcode.

I guess the only way is to chip your ECU.

Now I have still connected this valve. My friend in PL removed EGR, but he did this in the company and he has ON engine. By the way, he do not know any details, how they did it. But he told, it is possible.

The TSXs in the US dont even have an EGR system. In kpro or flash pro there is an option to disable it and disable any CELs that come with it (this allows you to pass emissions as well). If you need the code gone, you will need a flashpro or kpro.
